Terms of Agreement

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Silver by the Sea Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Silver by the Sea website and any products bought or received either directly or indirectly from the Silver by the Sea Inc. retail sites.

While we make every effort to provide the most accurate information to you the client, occasionally a typographical error or an inaccuracy of information may occur. Silver by the Sea Inc. has the right to make modification and changes to the site or the information related to the products and/or services at any time, for any reason. Silver by the Sea Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at anytime for product(s) with typographical or pricing error.
